No Fault

In the state of Maine, reason for divorce does not have to be proven and is thus a state where "No Fault" divorce is permitted, compared to some other states where a reason for divorce must be proven.

Unfortunately, divorces can often be painfully litigated, but Business Law Centers believes in offering a service where both parties of a marriage can come peacefully to mediate separation of assets. This service is meant to allow divorces to end in as little as 75 days.
